What size of organization do you support?

We typically work with organizations of about 5 to 200 employees. Smaller teams can discuss a scoped arrangement during a consultation, and larger or more complex cloud programs may be better served by our sister brand CloudArchitects.expert.

Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan to work with you?

No. You can begin with a fixed-price assessment or a one-day consultation. Recurring plans are offered afterwards and only start once you approve a written quotation.

Are the prices on the website final?

Published figures and calculator results are proposals pending business approval. Your price is confirmed in a written quotation after we understand your users, devices and sites.

Do you only work in British Columbia?

Remote support is available to organizations across Canada. Vancouver and Calgary are service markets, and our published contact addresses are in Burnaby and Abbotsford. On-site availability is confirmed for each address before you rely on it.
