How we write these resources
Our resources are written to be useful whether or not you ever become a customer. We avoid jargon where we can and explain it where we cannot. Where a topic touches on legal or regulatory obligations, we say so and recommend speaking with a qualified adviser rather than presenting our view as legal guidance.
Resources are reviewed periodically. Articles show their published and updated dates, and we revise guidance when Microsoft 365 features, security practices or Canadian market conditions change enough to affect the advice.
