Book a consultation
A focused conversation about your IT, with a written next step
A consultation is where we learn how your organization works, what is causing friction, and what you want from an IT provider. You leave with a clear recommendation, whether or not it involves us.

What to expect
Introductions and context
We ask about your organization: how many people, how many sites, how staff work, and who handles IT today.
Current pain points
What keeps going wrong, what worries you, and what has prompted the conversation now, such as a new hire wave, an outage or a security scare.
Systems overview
A high-level walk through your Microsoft 365 or other email platform, devices, network, servers, backups and key software.
Options and next step
We suggest a sensible starting point, such as an assessment, a recurring plan or a scoped project, and explain how pricing would work.
Written follow-up
If you want to proceed, we follow up with a written scope and quotation. There is no obligation to accept it.
Helpful to have on hand
None of this is required, but rough answers make the conversation more productive.
- Approximate number of staff and how many use a computer daily
- Number of office locations and whether staff work remotely or in the field
- Which email and file platform you use, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- A rough count of laptops, desktops, servers and mobile devices
- Any line-of-business software your team depends on
- Your current IT arrangements, including any contract end dates
- Recent problems or incidents you want addressed
Please do not send passwords
We never need passwords or administrator credentials to prepare for a consultation. If access is needed later, it is transferred through a secure process during onboarding.
Who should join
Ideally, someone who can speak to the business priorities and budget, such as an owner, operations manager or finance lead, plus whoever handles IT day to day, whether that is an office manager or an internal IT person. If you currently use another provider, there is no need to involve them at this stage.
