Technologies we commonly support
Specific products and versions are confirmed during discovery. We work with what you have before recommending changes.
Microsoft 365
Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive for email, collaboration and file storage, administered as one tenant.
Microsoft Entra ID
User identities, groups, multifactor authentication and conditional access policies that control who signs in to what.
Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Device enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance policies and zero-touch setup of new Windows computers.
Microsoft Defender
Defender for Business and Defender for Office 365 for endpoint protection, threat alerts and email filtering.
Windows, macOS and mobile
Windows 10 and 11, macOS, iOS and Android devices used for business, managed under consistent policies.
Windows Server
Active Directory, file and print services and line-of-business application servers that remain on premises.
Network equipment
Business firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi access points from mainstream vendors, configured and monitored as scoped.
Backup platforms
Cloud and on-premises backup for servers, endpoints and Microsoft 365 data, chosen to fit recovery needs and budget.
How we choose and recommend technology
We recommend tools based on what a small or mid-sized organization can realistically run and afford, not on vendor incentives. Often that means using the Microsoft 365 features an organization already licenses, such as Intune and Defender, before adding separate products. Where a third-party tool is a better fit, for example for backup or network equipment, we explain why and what it costs.
We also coordinate with the vendors you already use, such as your internet provider, phone carrier, printer company and line-of-business software vendor, so your staff have one point of contact when something crosses between systems.
