Who the Business package is designed for
Once a business has an office network and a Microsoft 365 tenant that several departments depend on, support for people and devices alone leaves gaps. Somebody still has to manage licences and sharing settings, and somebody needs to know when the firewall or Wi-Fi fails. The Business package assigns those responsibilities to us alongside the help desk and endpoint protection.
It is designed around how a typical office-based team of 10 to 100 people works. Each component is priced at its own proposed rate and multiplied by the matching quantity, so the package grows naturally when you hire, add devices or open a second location.

Eligibility
Quantities
Employees, Microsoft 365 users and endpoints each have a proposed minimum of 5; offices have a minimum of 1.
Microsoft 365
One tenant on a Business or Enterprise plan. Multiple tenants are quoted individually.
Offices
Each physical location with its own internet connection and network equipment counts as one office.
How the package price is calculated
You enter four quantities. Using proposed component prices, 25 employees at CAD 45, 25 Microsoft 365 users at CAD 15, 30 endpoints at CAD 12 and 1 office at CAD 99 total CAD 1,959 per month before tax. This is the same figure the main pricing calculator produces for those inputs.
There is no separate package discount. All figures are proposals pending business approval, and the final price is confirmed in a written quotation after discovery. Onboarding is quoted separately as a one-time project.

Terms
Component prices and service terms are drafts pending business and legal approval and are confirmed in a written quotation before the subscription starts. Quantities are adjusted monthly. Term length and notice period are set in the quotation. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the Essential package?
It adds Microsoft 365 Administration per licensed user and Network Monitoring per office to the Essential components.
What if our employee count and Microsoft 365 user count differ?
They are entered separately. Some organizations license accounts for contractors or shared roles, and the quotation reflects the actual numbers.
We work fully remotely. Do we need this package?
Without an office, Network Monitoring does not apply. The Essential package plus Microsoft 365 Administration may suit you better.
Does the package include backups?
Backup Monitoring is part of the Advanced package, or can be added as a separate component.
