Package · Support and device security
The essentials: help for your people and protection for their devices
The Essential package combines Managed IT Support for each employee with Managed Endpoint Security for each computer and server. It is the starting point for businesses that run Microsoft 365 themselves or have simple networks, and it is priced as the sum of those two components.

What the Essential package is for
Many small organizations need two things above all: someone to call when a computer or application misbehaves, and confidence that every device is protected against malware. The Essential package delivers exactly those two components under one quotation and one monthly invoice.
It suits businesses that already have someone comfortable managing Microsoft 365 accounts, operate from a single simple office or work mostly remotely, and want to start with core coverage before adding more. Because the package is the sum of its components, moving up to the Business package later simply adds Microsoft 365 Administration and Network Monitoring lines; nothing is repriced.

Both components share one written scope, one onboarding plan, one help desk and one monthly invoice.

Eligibility
Employees
Every person who can request support is a covered employee. Proposed range: 5 to 200.
Endpoints
Each computer, server or protected mobile device counts as one endpoint. Proposed minimum: 5.
Best fit
Single-office or remote-first businesses where Microsoft 365 is already administered internally.
How the package price is calculated
You enter two quantities: employees and endpoints. The calculator multiplies each by its proposed component price and adds them. For example, 20 employees and 25 endpoints would be estimated at 20 × CAD 45 plus 25 × CAD 12, or CAD 1,200 per month before tax.
There is no hidden package discount or premium; the package exists to make choosing easier. All figures are proposals pending business approval, and the final price is confirmed in a written quotation after discovery. Onboarding is quoted separately as a one-time project.
How to start
Estimate
Enter employees and endpoints in the pricing calculator for a proposed monthly figure.
Consult and quote
We confirm counts and scope, then send a written quotation for the package and onboarding.
Onboard
Agents are deployed, documentation is created and staff learn how to request help.
Operate
Monthly support and protection run under the agreed scope, reviewed quarterly.
Terms
Component prices and service terms are drafts pending business and legal approval and are confirmed in a written quotation before the subscription starts. Quantities are adjusted monthly as employees and endpoints change. Term length and notice period are set in the quotation. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
Frequently asked questions
Is the package cheaper than buying the components separately?
No. The package price is exactly the sum of its component prices. It simplifies choosing and quoting rather than discounting.
Can we add Microsoft 365 administration later?
Yes. Adding it, together with network monitoring, moves you to the Business package with no repricing of existing lines.
Why are employees and endpoints counted separately?
Support follows people while protection follows devices. A team of 10 might have 14 endpoints once servers and shared computers are included.
Is onboarding included?
Onboarding is a separate one-time project, quoted alongside the package so you see both costs together.
