How our pricing works, and what it does not include
We publish how we price and let you estimate costs yourself. Every figure on this site is a proposal pending approval; your actual price is confirmed in a written quotation after we understand your environment.

The pricing models we use
Per user per month
Used for help desk, managed IT support and Microsoft 365 administration, where the work scales with the number of people. A user is typically a staff member with their own account and devices.
Per device per month
Used for endpoint protection and device management, where the work scales with the number of laptops, desktops, servers or mobile devices covered.
Per site per month
Used for network monitoring and firewall management, where the work depends on the number of locations with their own network equipment.
Fixed-price assessments
Defined reviews such as the IT Infrastructure Health Check or Microsoft 365 Security Assessment have a fixed proposed price for a stated scope and deliverable.
Quoted projects
Migrations, office moves, server replacements and other one-time work are estimated after discovery and quoted before work starts.

Request a written quotation
After a short discovery, we confirm quantities, scope and price in a written quotation. Nothing recurring is billed until you approve it.

- The support, administration and monitoring tasks listed in your scope
- Covered users, devices and sites at the quantities in your quotation
- Documentation, routine maintenance and scheduled service reviews
- Vendor coordination where your plan includes it
Billed or quoted separately
- Hardware such as laptops, servers, firewalls and access points
- Software and Microsoft licences
- Projects such as migrations, office moves and replacements
- After-hours work unless written into your plan

Why we call our prices proposals
Our published prices and calculator results are proposals pending business approval and may change. They are a reliable starting point for budgeting, but only a written quotation that you have approved sets the price you pay.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't you show one flat monthly price?
Two organizations with 20 staff can have very different needs: one site or four, laptops only or servers too. Pricing by user, device and site keeps the cost tied to what you actually have.
What happens if we add or remove staff?
Quantities are reviewed and adjusted as your headcount changes, following the terms in your agreement. Changes are reflected in subsequent invoices rather than requiring a new contract.
Are licences included in the per-user price?
No. Microsoft and other software licences are a separate cost. We can advise on the right plans and include them as separate line items in your quotation, or you can purchase them directly.
